Publishing
Once the video draft is out, the last step is publish metadata. scene-studio doesn’t upload video automatically. It makes publish metadata like the title, description, and hashtags, and the platform upload is done by you.
1) Make publish metadata

Normal screen: the _workspace/{video_slug}/publish.md path shows, and the metadata to use when uploading is organized.
2) Upload it yourself
Section titled “2) Upload it yourself”Once the publish metadata is ready, you upload to the platform yourself. Upload the final video in video_drafts/ to TikTok, Reels, or Shorts, and copy and paste the metadata from publish.md.
There are two reasons it doesn’t auto-upload. A platform upload involves account authentication and policy agreement, and video is a spot that, once up, gets exposed to the algorithm, so a human’s final judgment is needed. So the base makes only the metadata. That’s security baseline S8.
3) The globalization option
Section titled “3) The globalization option”If you target overseas viewers, you can turn on the globalization option. Say “I’m targeting global” at /start or in the brief, and globalization_decision.json activates, applying dialogue-free first, English subtitles first, romanized character names, language-neutral BGM, and English-first publish metadata at every stage.
It’s an option that targets the spot where the global algorithms of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts favor content with no language barrier. For a channel targeting only the domestic market, don’t turn it on.
4) A remix video’s source
Section titled “4) A remix video’s source”For a remix video, the source is auto-planted in the publish metadata. Attributing this source when you upload reduces copyright disputes. It’s the spot where the result of the license policy being planted at every stage is reflected in the publish metadata.
5) The final render
Section titled “5) The final render”Once you’ve finished deciding with preview, run the final render once. Preview was a quick look at a small resolution, so the actual upload version is remade with final. Say “render it to final” and it remakes at 1080×1920 high resolution once more. Final always runs only after an explicit approval.
